Sue and I decided to start swimming for exercise. We like to run, but the heat is making it miserable. We equipped ourselves with the goggles and tight fitting swimwear. For lessons we watched youtube videos, lol (see link below). We have been a few times and have really enjoyed it. We have a lot of work to do on our mechanics, but we're getting better. . . correct mechanics or not, it's a great workout.

Way to go guys. I'm not a good swimmer. I was wishing I could take lessons with Noah and just start fresh, from the beginning : )

Nice form Sue!! (I enjoyed the free swimming lesson). . . now, where can I go in a swimming suit where no one can see me??
